Your documents stay in our custody throughout the process. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), limit access to the people working on your matter, and maintain an unbroken chain of custody until your documents are placed with the shipper you choose.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry and service records only as long as needed to provide the service, support you afterward, and satisfy legal or notarial recordkeeping requirements. You can ask us to delete information that we are not legally required to keep.
